Quotations

All quotations submitted are tailored to best suit each Client's special needs and requirements. They are valid for 15 days from date of issue.

Booking Confirmation

A booking and date will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking confirmation form.

Cancellations

Cancellations or postponements of training must be received in writing 5 working days, prior to the course or seminar. A cancellation or postponement fee of 100% will be levied should written cancellation not be received.

Invoicing

An invoice will be issued once the booking confirmation has been signed.

Payment

Payment is to be made prior or on commencement of the training.

Certificates

A Certificate of training is issued within two weeks after completion of the training, to successful candidates. Subject to payment and required documents received.

We store all certificates in our Client Area, where you can download the certificates of any competent personnel who successfully completed their training. Access to the Client Area is restricted and Log-In details for your specific company may be obtained by contacting PRO Skills Development via email.
